So after Canon S100 hype, here come the Ricoh latest point and shoot model! The GR Digital IV is a high end camera that equipped with fixed 28mm/F1.9 lens (Did this remind u of Fufijilm X100?).
Ricoh GR Digital IV features a 10 megapixel 1/1.7" type CCD sensor. There's also a built-in pop-up flash and hotshoe. The GR Digital IV was packed with new Hybrid AF, which uses an external AF sensor with 190 AF points coupled with the conventional CCD contrast AF gives an auto-focus time of just 0.2 seconds, approximately half of the GR Digital III.
Ricoh GR Digital IV key specifications:
-10MP 1/1.7-inch CCD
-28mm equivalent/1.9 lens
-Sensor-shift image stabilization
-'Hybrid AF' focus system
-3.0 inch RGBW 1.23 million dot LCD
-GR ENGINE IV image processor
-30fps VGA video capture
-Multiple Exposure mode (up to five overlapping image captures)

The GR Digital IV will be available by mid-October for $599 for the black model and $649 for the white one.
Abit disappointed for no HD recording or else it'll be perfect camera to fight against Panasonic Lumix LX 5. Fixed focal length lens is not a big deal for me ;)
