Xiaomi announces Mi3 - you pick Tegra 4 or Snapdragon 800

Remember Xiaomi, remember Hugo Barra from Google? Anyway the Chinese handset manufacturer officially announce its latest high-end handset, the Mi3. Wrapped up in a nice-looking aluminum-magnesium body that is available in a variety of colors, the Mi3 is claiming to be the world's first handset to go on sale with NVIDIA's (for China Mobile) latest processor on-board or a Snapdragon 800 (for China Unicom).

The Xiaomi Mi-3 will cost RMB1999 ($327) for the 16 gig model and RMB2499 ($408) for the 64 GB. The device will go on sale in China in October, after which it will start selling across Hong Kong and Taiwan. No word about the rest of the world, though.

Lenovo announces the 7-inch S5000 tablet and Vibe X smartphone

Looking for thin and light, and be a stylish yet affordable tablet? Then Lenovo S5000 will be one of your choices. At just 7.9mm thin, and weighing in at just 8.68 ounces, combined with chrome accents and a laser-etched "fabric-feel" surface around back.

Alcatel One Touch Hero phablet are official - Stylus included

Alcatel is serious in making smartphones now. On first glance it look very much alike the Alcatel One Touch Idol X just launch recently in Malaysia except, the bezel look much thinner and the screen goes bigger. Same One Touch UI spotted as well.

Beside spec improvement, the Galaxy Note 3 also bring new S Pen features known as Air Command. A small pop-up window that's brought up automatically by the S Pen offers quick access to features like Action Memo (which can link memos to actions), a scrapbook, the S Finder search option, and the updated S Note. Well it make's multitasking to be faster and easier. Great features that wouldn't hurt to have. Same goes to the 4K recording.

Sony officially announces Xperia Z1 - 20.7 Megapixels camera with G Lens

Sony is ready for the new flagship in Berlin, IFA. Sony Xperia Z1 is officially announces after few leaked and it is an improvement of the current Sony Xperia Z.

Nothing surprising but the camera is worth mentioning. It using 1/2.3" EXMOR RS sensor size with Sony own imaging processor known as BIONZ. The G lens is 27mm wide with F2. We are looking forward for the performance of this phone camera. Abit disappointed though it wasn't available Android 4.3 out of box and also no 4k video recording.



Sony camera also included few new features :
